Back for a week and as expected, i have been eating NON-STOP! Im not kidding. From the moment i wake up at 10 am, i have never felt hungry all the way till i go to bed at 1/2 am. And believe it or not, my mum left 3 mooncakes and taiwanese pineapple tarts for me in the fridge so that i can come back to eat them. I also cant run cos it has always been raining in the evening. grrr.. How to maintain input=output at this rate?!?!?!
Have been going shopping the past 2 days. But it's a different kinda shopping--- Wedding dresses and wedding packages shopping!! Oh ya... forgot to mention that MY SISTER IS GETTING MARRIED! Next yr in june. So when i have my exams on thurs next yr after BGD, i will fly back on fri, then sat is the wedding. Super tight schedule.
Anw, it is kinda fun to see those pretty wedding dresses. Most of them weigh like 2kg!! With the long train and the huge ken-ken (which looks impossible to sit with), there's really a princessy kinda feel. But too bad, our church has only a short aisle so cant really have the grand feeling that u always see during movies. Ha.. but my eldest sis says there is still the wedding dinner, which probably have a long aisle.
I think planning a wedding is no joke!!! From booking the church venue to choosing the wedding dress down to the tiniest detail of choosing the colour theme for the dinner ballroom, it can be a really big headache. And adding to the headache is that we have such strict and traditional-thinking parents, which can be rather irritating sometimes. No wonder my sis has lost weight.
ok back to more videos! haha i have a tonne of videos to catch up on-- hk, tw, english dramas.. haha happiness!

12 Nov 11pm
Instead of studying on the night before an exam, i was happily chatting away on msn. It came to a point where i was so sick of studying that i was literally sitting on my chair, staring in front of the computer, WAITING FOR THE TIME TO PASS so that i could go to sleep (i wouldnt be able to fall aslp if i wasnt dead tired). And when it was finally 12am, i went to bed, only to realise that i couldnt fall aslp AT ALL. So for the whole night, i just lay there resting, with obviously no non-REM or REM sleep. Ha. And at 6am, when the sun rose, i was again lying there waiting for 730am to come so that i could get up to go for the exam. Queer eh. It wasnt the fear of going for an exam, rather an excitement that the exam is coming. I have never felt so excited about wanting a paper to come so soon.

When all was done, I couldnt stop smiling as we walked out of the exam venue. Ha. Then the usual eating of lunch and walking around the city without buying anything. And then party at night, which turned out to be boring and much disappointing. Which then turned out to be a night of MORE WALKING for 1.5 hrs to get to a 24 hr macs at lower campus. i swear my legs didnt belong to me the whole time

Here's a surprising story. Because now is the mango and cherries season, i bought 1 box of the fruits each, with 1 box weighing 5kg to bring to sg. When the boss asked where is my car, i said i didnt have one. Then he asked is there is somemore picking me up from the market and i said no. Told him that i was taking a bus. Then he gave a shocked look, asked is the bus stop is near and then got one of his helpers to push the 2 boxes for me using those garang guni trolley. And so, it was an interesting 10 min walk or so to the bus stop with this indo chap. The bus came when i reached the bus stop and then he helped me to carry it onto the bus before getting off. Ha. Today is my lucky day. So a girl going to buy 2 huge boxes of fruits alone can sometimes be an advantage if there are nice pple around(:
Unfortunately, today is also the last time im having bible studies with my awesome group before we get split off into diff groups next yr.
What i cant believe is that 1 year has passed so fast! I have always had the feeling that i have just arrived in sydney and being the gong gong freshie. But now that 1st year is over, it all seems so surreal. i cant believe that i have had:
8 months in sydney
8 months away from home
8 months of independent living and decision making
8 months of studying and learning the things i like
8 months of fun/boredom/excitment/ sadness/anticipation/ stress
8 months of close forged friendships
So yeah, at 15 nov 2am(AUS), my last post from sydney. Bye NSW/Sydney/Randwick... for 3 months.
HELLO SINGAPORE! (14 hrs to take off!!!!)
ok frens, time to date me for meals/ shopping/ movies/ chillax-ing or any activities for that matter.

Im bored... of studying... I think i have phobia of my room alr. Operation hermiting has been underway since thurs and will continue all the way until next thurs 815am, which is the next time i step out of my place.
And it doesnt help that there are planes flying past my window every 5 mins, making me think of the day when i can actually board the plane and head home. Oh and the part about day dreaming what i will be doing in singapore in between studying about stroke and cerebral blood supply etc can be really distracting.
3.5 days of mugging, 5.5 days before landing on home soil! argh.. the anticipation is killing me.
